Good Earth Coffeehouse - Robson

I love the cozy atmosphere in this cafe . I had an excellent experience from the very beginning. The baristas Jessie provided such kind and professional service that truly made me feel welcome . On my first visit, I ordered the Maple Butter Late with a Cinnabon roll, and both were absolutely delicious. The latte had the perfect balance of sweetness and the coffee flavour. I love it so much that I went back the very next day just to have the coffee again. Beyond the quality of the drink and pastries, for me this place is so especial for it’s atmosphere, not only is it very accessible, but also has a cozy and warm vibe, making it perfect spot to relax, study, read or simply enjoy a cup of coffee.

It was my first time trying the coconut matcha, and Jessie absolutely nailed it! I wasn’t sure if I’d like it, but she explained it so nicely and helped me customize it just right. The first sip honestly surprised me — it was so smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced with that light coconut flavor blending beautifully with the matcha. You could tell she made it with real care. Even the presentation was perfect, with the prettiest touch on top that made it feel special. Jessie was so kind, patient, and had such a warm vibe that instantly made me feel comfortable. It’s rare these days to see someone put so much love and attention into one cup. This drink totally made my day — hats off to Jessie for making something it taste so special!

It was my first time here, and Jessie suggested the maple butter tea latte — and wow, it was incredible! I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it turned out so smooth and comforting, with just the right sweetness. She even added the cutest latte art on top! Jessie was super kind and welcoming, and honestly made my first visit such a good one. Definitely coming back!

I love coming here whenever I visit Chapters. I hang out here today with my best friend and sister while we were waiting for our girls. I had one of the seasonal drinks Toasted coconut matcha. I love that the coconut syrup pairs well with Matcha, really unique and not too sweet. My friend opted for iced coffee which is a classic. We both love and enjoyed our drinks. The supervisor who helped me at cash is really friendly and explained the drink well. I appreciate that she took the time to explain the difference of the drinks. I can’t wait to have another Matcha drink on my next visit. I love the aesthetics of this cafe; delicious drinks, cozy vibes and I love that you’re amongst the books, now that’s a vibe. Just a couple of notes: I just wish they keep up more in cleaning the tables. I had to wipe our table coz I was waiting a bit for someone to come. Also, the barista just needs to be a little louder when calling out the drinks especially when the place is busier. Someone almost took my drink coz they didn’t hear it properly. She just assumed it was hers and she got to it first since she was sitting near the bar area. The barista caught it in time tho but I just didn’t appreciate that someone else touched my cup first.

Good earth coffee is my favourite coffee shop to draw it! It is open till late evening and that’s something that works very good. Jessie is the sweetest and she always gets my order right! Most of the times I’ve come here she’s been on shift. Overall great experience!
